The maximum loan amount will be determined by DFCC Bank upon consideration of the repayment capacity and the Forced Sale Value (FSV) of the property. In the case of a construction of a home, DFCC Bank allows a maximum borrowing up-to 75% of the value of the Bill of Quantity (BOQ). Customers can also choose between either an equated monthly installment payment (where capital plus interest is a fixed sum) or equal monthly installment payment (where capital is paid back in equal installments with interest on a reducing balance).
